Support for Quebec’s business incubators and accelerators – Call for proposals

A new approach to funding incubators and accelerators to maximize spinoffs in all the regions of Quebec.
Quebec’s business incubators and accelerators drive innovation and regional economic development. It is important to help them reach their full potential, which is why CED will invest $16M to support these organizations over the next four years.
To take into account the quickly evolving ecosystem, to have an overview of the potential offering, and to maximize the spin-offs of its support in all Quebec regions, CED has opted for a funding approach by call for proposals.
Quebec organizations offering incubation and acceleration services are invited to participate in this call for proposals to receive funding from CED under its regular programs starting on August 1, 2024.
Are you a business accelerator or incubator in Quebec?
- Consult the Applicant's Guide for all the details on the call for proposals, including eligibility criteria.
- Submit your application on CED's client portal, with all required documentation, by May 8, 2024, 11:59 p.m. EST.
Please note that organizations offering incubation and acceleration services must authorize only one person to complete their application. They must ensure that this person is legally authorized to act on their behalf. For further details, please refer to the Applicant's Guide.
